What is the opportunity?
The Longevity Physician will report to the Medical Director with accountability to the Center Director. The Longevity Physician will diagnose illnesses, design treatment protocols and prescribe medications. The Longevity Physician will make sure all members are receiving a premium, consistent customer experience and that they are leaving feeling confident with their plan and Fountain life at top-of-mind.

What will you do?
This position is an integral part of Fountain Life’s overall mission to transform modern healthcare from ‘SickCare’ to ‘WellCare’. The Longevity Physician will be tasked with providing wellness care, and helping to ensure that all staff are delivering professional, high-quality care and each client is leaving with a simple, actionable, detailed plan focused on health optimization.
As a Longevity Physician you will:
  • Obtain members/nonmembers’ history, perform physical examinations, order, and evaluate appropriate laboratory, radiographic and electrocardiographic studies.
  • Review laboratory results and other clinical information pertinent to members/nonmembers health, orders, appropriate tests, and other ancillary services as needed, and develops care plans for members/nonmembers.
  • Lead a vertically integrated care team to oversee the care of assigned members.
  • Initiate subspeciality consultations or evaluations as needed.
  • Counsel and instruct member/nonmembers and their families.
  • Render, if required, appropriate care in the presence of a life-threatening emergency.
  • Complete all medical records and notes as appropriate to the procedure and in a timely fashion.
  • Provide summaries, prescriptions, and any referrals on member/nonmembers records.
  • Inform members/nonmembers of the necessary post treatment care instructions.
  • Function within the standards of practice established by American Medical Association Standards of Clinical Practice.
  • Conform to all applicable HIPPA, billing compliance and safety guidelines.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as requested by Medical Director.
  • Perform regenerative medicine procedures including but not limited to hydrodissection, joint injections, other injections falling within the scope of your practice
  • Administrative and educational work as requested by Company.
  • Participate in clinical grand rounds and case study reviews.

Must-Have’s:
  • State Medical license
  • Training in Functional and/or Anti-aging Medicine
  • Interest in health optimization and longevity
  • Specialty in Family, Internal Medicine or PM&R preferred
  • Five (5) years experience in clinical/hospital setting preferred
