Long Term Substitute Teacher Job at Small World Learning Center
Small World Learning Center is looking for a reliable Substitute Teacher to help support our Teachers during planned and unplanned absences. This role will entail supporting at our Woodbury, Eagan, and South Saint Paul locations. This position allows the flexibility to work with multiple age groups ranging from Infants to School Agers while building relationships with multiple team members.
Responsibilites
- Follow teacher's instructions and lesson plans for the day
- Record attendance
- Support with meals and snacks
- Create a loving and safe environment while adhering to Rule 3
- Communicate with parents during drop off, pick up and throughout the day using our communication app
Prefferred Skills and Qualifcations
- Must be Lead Qualifed according to MN Rule 3
- Ability to pass a background study
- Flexibility and patience in scheduling
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Confidence in running a classroom independently
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
