We typically run on recap averaging 8 hours driving or about 400 miles a day and 700 miles weekend. Our elogs are made by Transflow/intelliset. • We are very family oriented and we know our drivers by name and not by unit # with minimum turnover.

• 90% of our freight is customer freight that is one pick one drop no touch that are the same 25 lanes each week.
• Drivers are paid weekly, Paperwork in by Tuesday 2pm gets paid out fully Friday, direct deposit available. Most drivers scan paperwork in from their phone or mail it in.
• Drivers average between $1400 - $1800 per week before taxes depending if you run over the weekend.
• Monthly performance Bonus for following all the protocols and delivering on time.
• Our drivers averaged $65,000 to $85,000 a year depending on home time and weekend running.
• Pay is by % of line haul. 26% to start, after 6 months 27%, after 2 years 28%
• 26% of linehaul averages out to .55 to .66 cpm on all miles.
• 70% of our freight pays detention after 1 hour from pick up or delivery time @ $80/hour
• All driving is OTR and you are required to stay out at least 17 days before returning home for 3-5 days. Some driver stay our longer and take a longer break at home. Your choice.
• Guaranteed minimum pay of $1050/week even when you go home.

• We run mostly east of the Mississippi
• After 90 days, all drivers are eligible for health insurance.
• After 1 year, you will get one weeks paid vacation.
• 401K retirement plan. We will match up to 3% each pay.
• Rider program: $40/month or $250/year for insurance.
• All Equipment is top of the Line Peterbilts, Various styles available to your preference.
• Trucks are governed at 75 MPH and we have Prepass and Ez Pass in the trucks.

DRIVER QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR OTR TRUCK DRIVING POSITION

• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid class A CDL, from state of residence.
• Must have 12 months verifiable Class A Tractor Trailer experience in the last 3 years or 3 yrs experience in last 10 years
• Good Driving record and Safety Scores
• A DOT drug test with a negative result is required before an applicant starts driving.
• No drug or alcohol (DUI/DWI) related convictions/incidents within the last 5 years.
