Our Bumper to Bumper store of Schaumburg, IL is currently seeking a person for a Full-Time local Dispatcher position.

Dispatching is a fast paced position responsible for the organization and completion of customer orders and deliveries.

Must have knowledge of the Schaumburg, and surrounding areas.

Job Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and dispatching of store Delivery Drivers
• Facilitate all inter-store transfer orders to be shipped and received route them to their final destinations, to get them out in a timely manner
• Provide Driver support
• Resolution of Customer concerns and issues
• Provide information with documentation for invoicing
• Excellent positive communication skills are a requirement. Need the ability to communicate, orally and written, clearly and professionally.
• Responsible for vehicle maintenance and repairs are completed on time and as needed.
• Cover the Store Counter position when needed
• Daily Completion of Returns Processing and Store Cycle Counts

Job Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• No Major Violations and only one minor violation in last three years.
• Must be at Least 18 Years of Age
• Pass Physical & Drug Screen
• Able to lift and Carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms.
• Preferred Experience in Automotive Car Care
