We are an established, family owned, full service mortgage company, that specializes primarily, in originating and arranging Private Party (Hard money) mortgage loans, but also that offers conventional FNMA and Government Loan Programs, that is seeking to expand it's operations and add to its current staff.

Broker/Owner seeks highly motivated and experienced supervisory assistant, to help oversee day to day operations of the company's Processing staff.

Successful candidate should have:

*Minimum 5 years Loan Processing and/or Underwriting experience.

*Prior experience supervising and overseeing subordinates

*Superior knowledge and use of LOS Software, Calyx Point and/or Encompass, and ability to process and run DU/DO

*Thorough understanding of the Mortgage Loan Disclosure requirements for residential 1-4 unit lending

*Prior experience preparing and reviewing Loan Documents a plus

Duties Include:

*Process, submit and Manage A-Paper through Hard-Money Loan Application files.

*Follow up on Broker's Clients and Prospects for outstanding documentation.

*General Office Duties: Answering phones, sending/receiving Faxes and Emails, copying etc.

*Data entry; use of Encompass/Calyx LP Software, DO/DU Knowledge, Excel, Outlook etc.

*Prepare Closing Loan Documents utilizing Document Systems (DocMagic)

*Interface with Escrow, Title companies, Appraisers, Various other Mortgage related Vendors including other associate Real Estate Agents and Loan Officers.

* Only experienced candidates will be considered. California Dept. of Real Estate Licensee a PLUS.
