Live In Apartment Manager Job at Bielinski Homes, Inc.
We have an exciting opportunity for a part time caretaker/apartment manager for a new 36-unit community in Port Washington. Must be willing to live on-site – rent credit available.
Responsibilities include:
- Tours Apartments to prospective tenants
- Checks parking lot to ensure tenants are in their assigned spaces and that no unauthorized cars are present
- Cleans hallways, basements, elevator, and windows weekly or as needed
- Monitors the exterior grounds and removes debris
- Replaces light bulbs, and other light maintenance duties, including make readies
- Cleans apartment interiors when tenant vacates
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
