LINE COOKS URGENTLY NEEDED Job at The Cockeyed Rooster Cafe
The Cockeyed Rooster Cafe is a family owned and operated breakfast brunch and lunch restaurant located in the heart of Smithfield! We are searching for motivated reliable line cooks to join our very busy restaurant. We are a 140 seat cafe located in the Kroger shopping center. We constantly have a 20-40 minute wait to enter so our kitchen moves at a very fast pace. We are open 7 days a week from 7am-2pm and offer breakfast brunch and lunch.
-MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AT A BREAKFAST RESTAURANT-
Must have reliable transportation and weekend availability

-We have an extremely busy cooks line that works tickets at a very fast pace. Previous experience on a fast paced line is required.
-Ability to work the window and call the wheel is a bonus
-Must have knowledge in making breakfast foods such as eggs, omelettes, skillets, pancakes, French toast, Benedicts as well as lunch items such as club sandwiches, burgers, grilled chicken etc.
-Line cooks will arrive at 6:30 or 8:00 and work until 3pm
-Weekend work availability is required
