Line Cook/Prep Cook Job at Covered Bridge Inn
Provide food preparation and creation in a cool atmosphere of a mountain side restaurant located at the base of Blue Mountain Ski Resort. Locals and tourists enjoy the destination of Covered Bridge Inn "CBI". CBI features quality American Bar Food and Weekly Menu Specials along with Entertainment and Atmosphere!
Responsibilities include food safety awareness and management, food preparation, ability to operate a fryer, griddle and grille. Must be reliable, interested to gain and share knowledge related to kitchen experience and skills with co-workers. We hope for candidates who recognize the importance of work ethic, pride in food output, team mentality and hospitality sense toward the needs and expectations of our clientele.
Responsibilities will include food preparation responsibilities prior to and during service, maintaining a clean work station, food inventory support, food storage and safety management, and support for maintaining kitchen equipment.
We have growth opportunity and we are willing to train.
