Overview. The Line Cook is a Team Member level position on the culinary team, working side by side with other team members and the management team for all elements of menu execution. The Line Cook wants to get things right, continually improving, learning from mistakes, and remembering the small details are just as important as the big ones. Working Conditions / Essential Functions

*Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which will include days, nights, weekends and holidays as well as emergency responsiveness as required *Able to work ten hour-plus shifts, plus ability to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods of time, walk up and down stairs *Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 pounds *Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing work environment *Effective verbal and written communication skills *Knowledge of health and sanitation code and policies *Organized with strong attention to detail *High integrity and professionalism *A positive, joyful, upbeat and energetic attitude – leading by example

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Sundays, Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Compensation is $18.00 - $22.00/hour.

About Level99 Entertainment: At over 48,000 square feet, Level99 is the first-of-its-kind destination for challenge based entertainment, craft drinks and scratch kitchen. We challenge players and up to 5 friends to compete and collaborate both physically and mentally in over 40 different uniquely themed challenge rooms including the worlds of pirates, ninjas and the apocalypse just to name a few.
