Job Title: LIMS Support engineer

Location: Winston – Salem. NC( Onsite from Day 1)

Duration: 12+ Months

What you’ll do:

• You will be the face of ITC Infotech to the client and help position the company as an industry-leading platform and serve as a LIMS Support.
• You will be troubleshooting: Needs to have the ability to quickly assess issues and resolve them, with minimal to no guidance.
• You will be Configuration: Needs to have the ability to configure and develop within all major areas of LIMS functionality, as well as setting up background services, jobs and instances.
• You will Maintenance: Periodically, we are required to deploy fixes and modules to maintain our level of support and functionality.
• You will be ability to develop complex queries and scripts.
• You will be required to troubleshoot, modify, and develop Crystal Reports, for use within our LIMS.

Must have:

• Experience between 6 to 10 years in Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Experience in Interfaces: Needs the ability to troubleshoot, modify and develop all types of interfaces, within our LIMS.
• Experience with Labware ELN, and the ability to develop and support objects related to Labware ELN.
• Needs the ability to perform Knowledge Transfer and training, if needed.
• Must follow and abide by all validation rules and guidelines.
• At this point, to maintain our level of support, we need a candidate with at least three to five years’ Labware LIMS experience, and at least some LabWare7 experience.
• Experience with Agilent software, such as Open Lab, Chrome Leon and Mass Hunter, would be ideal.

Salary: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
