Our healthcare facility is looking for a Full Time Phone Room Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.
Job Description:
This job entails answering calls from patients and providing advice within the scope of practice for an LPN. Troubleshooting the concerns of each patient and seeking advice from providers when necessary. Management of the patient portal, scheduling appointments, completing prior authorizations and managing patient voice mails are all components of this job.
Education: Graduate of accredited school of licensed practical nursing. Current Ohio practical nurse license.
Skills and Experience: Minimum of 2 years office based phone room experience required, OB Gyn experience preferred, knowledge of HIPAA required, Electronic Health Records experience required, Experience with clear and concise documentation, ability to multi-task, stay positive, be outgoing and have a professional attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
