Student Counseling Services Counselor - Broward

Henderson Behavioral Health is currently seeking a Counselor for Student Counseling Services in our non-profit organization. Minimum of Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling education, mental health counseling, or related field and licensed in the State of FL. LCSW, LMHC, LMFT. A minimum of Three-year of direct related experience providing brief behavioral counseling and crisis intervention, serving the adult population preferred. The ideal candidate will provide brief behavioral counseling and outreach services to students who have a wide range of concerns; provide crisis intervention and participate in emergency on-call. This is a 100% direct service position that includes working evening hours and requires availability to work irregular hours, including weekends, for provision of crisis services, educational workshops, training sessions or orientations. Candidate must have a Valid Florida Driver’s license and auto liability insurance are required.
