Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker - LCSW - Addiction Counseling

Location: Near Azusa, CA

Social Service Professionals, "the professional's choice" for careers in Social Work, is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to work at an upscale residential treatment facility near Azusa, CA. The LCSW will facilitate group and individual therapy, develop interventions, treatments and recovery plans. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities:

-Evaluate patients’ psycho-social needs and the impact of illness on those needs;

-Evaluate patients’ family/social situation to support a treatment plan;

-Utilize community resources to assist patients’ psycho-social needs;

-Document history, care plans and prepare reports as needed.

Education Requirement:

Graduation from an approved college or university with a Master's degree in Social Work

Qualifications:

Current and valid registration on the Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - LCSW;

Current AHA-approved CPR card.
