Licensed Clinical Masters/Clinical Unit Administrative Supervisor - Kandiyohi County
This full time position provides administrative supervision and manages the day-to-day needs of the Kandiyohi County site clinic.
Job Duties:
- Evaluate/diagnose mental health and emotional disorders of individuals through interview, assessment, observation, and screening tools.
- Provide treatment through direct clinical services as well as consultation with other providers.
- To develop, update, and document integrated treatment plans in accordance with established clinical record criteria.
- May provide clinical supervision to Mental Health Practitioners and Licensed Eligible Individuals and/or Woodland Centers programs.
- Ensure employees perform within the scope of their job descriptions and competencies; follow policies outlining all disciplinary and performance protocols.
- Develop job descriptions for new hires and update as necessary using available resources.
- Provide new staff support and direction with regard to the orientation process.
Requirements:
- State of Minnesota licensure as a Mental Health Professional.
- Five years experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $35.01 per hour
