Comprehensive Behavioral Health Associates a well-established, Joint Commission accredited and state certified behavioral health agency with locations in Boardman, Austintown, Howland, Salem, Alliance, East Liverpool, Steubenville and Akron. We provide services to individuals with mental health and substance use issues. Due to continued growth, we are currently hiring licensed clinicians to provide high quality behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults.
The ideal candidate should possess the sincere desire to help others. A master’s degree and independent licensure are preferred, we will consider other candidates with relevant work experience. Full time, part time, or contract positions are available.
LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and ongoing diagnostic assessments to establish working diagnoses and an individualized treatment plan.
- Provide individual psychotherapy for those with mental health and substance use disorders, as assigned.
- Develop Individualized Treatment Plan with clients. Collaborative approach to include best practice and evidence-based interventions.
- Provide direct services at a rate that achieves or exceeds the Practice’s baseline productivity indicators.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Demonstrate the ability to provide culturally competent services.
- Ensures clinical services are provided in accordance with standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director.
