Job Duties:

The Human Resources Generalist will provide on-site support to the Management Team of a LGSTX Distribution Services (LDS) Postal Facility in all areas of Human Resources, including all aspects of recruitment, employee relations, employee records, training, FMLA administration, Workers’ Comp., and other general HR duties. The position will promote a safe, equitable, and consistent management of employees in compliance with Company policies and local/state/federal regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma

  • Requires at least 4 years of Human Resources Generalist experience

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be able to work independently

  • Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills

  • Must be able to work flexible shifts as needed to support 24/7 operations

  • Must represent the company in a professional manner

  • The ability to work in a startup operations environment

Preferred Requirements:

  • HR experience in a warehouse, distribution center or related industry

  • Experience with HRIS input

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
