Legal Support Specialist (Administrative)

In this Legal Support Specialist position you get fun and challenging assignments including:
- Coordinate flow of information; handle mail
- Compose general correspondence
- Schedule client meetings and conference calls, processes travel reimbursement, and maintain calendar and due dates
- Establish and maintain filing and records
- Answer heavy phones
The ideal Legal Support Specialist candidate has:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Minimum three years secretarial/administrative experience in a medium to large sized law firm supporting multiple attorneys
- Tax and/or Private Wealth Services experience preferred but not required
- Enthusiasm for your work and a go-to person attitude
