LED Lighting Electrical Field Supervisor/Team Leader - Direct Hire opportunity -Zionsville, Indiana- $60-70k based on LED Lighting Installation and supervision experience - 2nd shift position - 3 pm - 2 AM
Job Description:
- Lead the delivery of LED lighting projects from pre-project planning through project kickoff, installation, and project close-out
- Oversee the work of 2 – 6 lighting technicians to deliver projects with the highest level of quality, productivity, and client satisfaction
- Assemble the necessary tools and resources for the team to complete their work in a safe and productive manner
Job Requirements:
- 3- 5 years of related experience, or may have 2 years of experience plus an associates degree or additional training and certifications
- Knowledge of LED Lighting installations and retrofits preferred
- Previous experience as a team supervisor preferred
- Strong ability to communicate with team members, clients, and supervisors
- Valid driver’s license
- Willing to travel within Indiana (including overnight stays)
- Willing to work 2nd shift (3 PM – 2 AM)
- Leadership aspirations
- Bi lingual in Spanish and English preferred
