We are seeking a part-time Leasing Specialist for a large apartment community. Customer service experience is required and leasing experience is a plus.
Hours are Monday (firm) and Thursday (can be flexible) 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
Duties include: answering phones, greeting and assisting current and prospective residents, touring prospects around the community, processing rental applications, following up with those who have called, emailed or toured the community, preparing lease documents, inspecting vacant homes and many other tasks.
