We are searching for a part time leasing consultant for our smoke free, apartment community in Naperville. As a member of our team you will enjoy working with smart personable people, just like you!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Show apartment units to prospective tenants and process move-in paperwork for qualified applicants
- Ensure that all community areas, including the clubhouse & leasing office are in perfect condition
- Process service requests from tenants and ensure prompt response to inquiries
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Other duties as assigned
Other Considerations:
- 1 year experience in leasing, property management, sales are real estate highly desired
- High school diploma
- College Degree strongly preferred
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Hotel or restaurant admin experience
