Leasing Consultant Job at Summerfield Management
Property management firm is recruiting for an enthusiastic and energetic go getter to serve as a Leasing Consultant in the Tacoma, WA area.
The leasing consultant is the first point of contact with potential residents. They are responsible for meeting and greeting potential residents and providing general property information.
Scheduled: Tues-Sat
Summary of Responsibilities
- Greet prospects and complete guest cards and traffic sheets
- Show apartments and amenity areas; Assist prospects with the completion of applications
- Initiate resident screening; Review lease paperwork with residents and explain property rules and regulations. Ensure all lease paperwork is completed correctly and approved by Property Manager
- Perform other duties as necessary to meet the needs of residents and the property and the Property Manager
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Must possess a basic knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations
- Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and personnel
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Software;
- Experience wih Yardi, AvidxChange, NetVendor, Rent Café, helpful
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- Applicants must be able to work weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
