DePaul Management is looking for a Leasing Agent for Beacon Pointe and Water’s Edge Apartments in Philadelphia, PA.
What we are looking for:
- Exceptional sales skills, with the gift to close sales
- Team orientated outlook
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Detailed-oriented perspective and follow-through capabilities.
The ideal candidate will:
- Effectively market the property to prospective residents from initial contact to occupancy, then while they are residents as well!
- Maintain high occupancy levels by demonstrating the value in our community to prospective residents.
- Successfully lease apartments by meeting customers' needs.
- Evaluate the needs of our customers by customizing the sales presentation to each perspective
- Promote positive and "customer-centric" resident relations by working to make the living experience, and every interaction, of the highest quality.
Additional Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales or retail environment required.
- Superior customer service skills and a desire to help people.
- Sales-driven and team-oriented personality
- Excellent communication skills.
