We are looking for a team member who can help create a working environment where all team members are connected with each other and take personal pride in the quality of their work and support one another each and every day.

RestoPros is looking to hire seasoned and experienced IICRC Certified Water Remediation Technicians to join our team. We are seeking someone with at least 2 years of experience in the water restoration industry.

As a RestoPros Lead Technician, you will be responsible for performing water mitigation for residential properties while providing EXCELLENT customer service. This is a labor-intensive construction-related position requiring you to lead small crews.

• Visit new assignments/jobs, interface with the customer.
• Scope the damages, perform demolition services, document work being performed on the job via photos and video using mobile apps.
• Effectively determine how much drying equipment and where it needs to be placed
• Develop moisture mapping and create/update drying-logs using mobile applications
• Be capable of carrying heavy loads of debris, damaged materials, and equipment from the property.

• Must have a reliable transportation to & from work
• WRT Certification required, AMRT and ASD Preferred
