Pure Restore is hiring a Lead Mitigation Technician to be a part of our disaster response team.

We’re a high-end restoration company that is passionate about developing our employees, and we will train eager team members to learn skills such as estimating and project management. Over time Pure Restore will help you obtain restoration certifications to further your career.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• On-call and weekend availability
• Perform mitigation and remediation
• Walk, sit, and move objects for long stretches of time
• Lift up to 50-75 pounds (up to 100 pounds with team support)
• Work around or with chemicals and cleaning products (personal protective equipment is always provided!)
• Work in tight spaces and safely operate equipment
• Clean and maintain equipment/warehouse/vehicles

Requirements:

• 2+ Years of experience in the restoration industry, which includes water damage, fire damage, and/or mold remediation
• Able to wear full or half-face respirators and a Tyvek suit
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance (tattoos and piercings are allowed!)
• Basic math - i.e. calculating square footage of a space
• Active driver's license, clean driving record and background check
• Live within 30 minutes or less of Northglenn for prompt arrival and dispatch
• Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30am-5:00pm (not including overtime/on-call hours)
