Lead Line Cook/Sous Chef Job at Follow the Smoke
Follow the Smoke is a farm to table BBQ and catering company (with a few other food lines in the works) located in the Northeast Corner of PA. We are looking for an extremely organized hard working individual. With experience running an active cut, scoop, and fry kitchen or food truck.
You will be responsible for running our Simpson Location consisting of amazing bbq. Must be able to travel with a clean license. Must be able to work alone or with a team. Must be able to follow instructions, recipes, menus, etc without flaw. We are known for serving amazing bbq and more we currently have 35 weddings, 15 festivals, and more booked for 2023 we need someone who loves serving and loves food as much as we do. Serv safe or ability to acquire is a huge bonus. We will work with your schedule but weekends, some evenings, some travel a must.
