Job Title: Lead Generator - HVAC
Location: Oregon City & Clackamas 97056
Pay: $17 - $22/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Thursday - Sunday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with overtime as needed to meet business needs, flexible Hours and Days
Position Type: Part-time
Benefits: 401K with up to a 4% employer match. Medical, dental, and vision - 100% paid for by the employer. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

Lead Generator Position Summary:
The Lead Generator is responsible for generating sales leads while working inside of retail stores. The Lead Generator will gather and input interested customers' information into the tracking system to begin the bid process.

Lead Generator Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree or related technical certificate.
- Must have strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Must have the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
