We are based in Bellingham and typically serve the Metrowest area with occasional work on Cape Cod.

This is a Full-Time position with potential for construction and snow plow services during the winter.

-Valid MA driver's license with decent record . MASS RMV Record is REQUIRED for application of job.

-Must have own transportation to get to/from our office

-WE PAY MORE FOR CREW MEMBERS THAN OTHERS ARE PAYING FOR CREW LEADERS!!

-Preferred - 2 years experience in landscape maintenance and/or hardscaping.Compensation commensurate with experience.

-Attention to detail is a must.

-Must be reliable and punctual.

-D.O.T. medical card is required (If you don't have one we will help you get one!)

-Hort. degree/Green School cert./ Osha cert. -preferred

-MA Hoisting license -preferred

As we have winter activities, plowing/sanding experience is a plus.

The qualified candidate should be able to be a contributing team member and has the potential to become a crew chief and to grow with the company.
