POSITION SUMMARY:

The Landscape Crew Member is responsible for day to day duties in our landscaping division. Services range from maintenance, tree pruning, mulch installation, creation and plantings.

Landscape Crew Member is responsible for assisting the crew to complete scheduled tasks for our clients throughout the year. During the winter months, they will help to provide additional services such as Holiday Lighting, Snow Removal and warehouse work.

To succeed in this role, the Landscape Crew Member should have excellent time management and communication skills. They will collaborate with various internal teams, clients and vendors to deliver exceptional results.

This position supports the mission of the organization by demonstrating exceptional service for our residential and commercial clients.

• Effectively work in a team setting to complete daily landscape maintenance and landscape creation services
• Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure proper techniques and duties are met
• Prepare for each daily project with preparation of materials and equipment

COMPETENCIES:

• Ability to interface with clients and customers on behalf of the company
• Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationshiops with colleagues and clients
• Demonstrate excellence in time management skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• At least 1 year experence performing tasks in landscape maintenance or landscape creation

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift at least 75lbs
• Ability to work prolonged periods of time in extreme heat or cold weather
