Duval Landscape Maintenance, LLC is hiring a Landscape Construction Manager to cover their Orlando, FL territory. The Landscape Construction Manager is responsible for managing large-scale landscape installation and enhancement services including the coordination of all materials, people, equipment, and contractors necessary to produce a timely and quality work product. They will ensure operational goals are met and participate in achieving these goals, daily to the client’s expectations and inspects properties prior to scheduled service to properly prepare a specific action plan for the requested service.

Duval Landscape Maintenance is a full-service landscaping company that offers an all-inclusive suite of commercial landscape installation and maintenance services, including but not limited to landscape design and maintenance, irrigation systems, hardscapes, and outdoor lighting.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of five years of landscaping-related experience, managing all aspects of landscape projects
• Must have a current state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team of maintenance crews with hyper-focus on safety, quality, training, professionalism, customer service, and advancement of the company brand and culture
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Excellent listening skills using patience and empathy.
• Highly motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented, creative, and innovative.
• Must possess excellent time-management skills and be able to multitask.
