As kitchen staff, you are an important part of each Guest’s experience in our restaurant. We take great pride in serving quality food and maintaining an extremely clean restaurant. Our high standards can only be great people like you who share our values and desire to do the very best job possible for our Guests every day. Every single position in this restaurant impacts the Guest. When working as kitchen staff the purpose of your role is to ensure that each Guest enjoys our delicious food each and every time they visit. We count on you to help with the added touches that personalize each Guest experience that creates a craving to return. We also expect you to alert Management or your fellow Team Members about things in the restaurant that need to be addressed or corrected. As a Slim Chickens staff member you’re going to learn everything you need to know about serving up great food to the Guests and safe and proper procedures to help you do just that. GREAT FOOD – 100% OF THE TIME is your goal.
