Key Responsibilities

• Assist the cooks by going to and from the fridge and freezer to retrieve kitchen items
• Prepare kitchen production
• Label, case, and move finished kitchen products, process supply deliveries
• Routinely lift up to 50lbs of kitchen supplies
• Clean up the station during and at end of the shift
• Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers
• Maintain a clean kitchen: Dishes, Floors, Trash

Qualifications

• Agility
• Ability to routinely lift 50lb
• Attention to detail; ability to conduct repetitive tasks with quality
• General understanding of basic kitchen functions
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
