Kitchen Manager/Cook Job at The Bells Assisted Living
Job Description:
The Bells in Almont, MI 48003 is looking for a Part-Time chef to prepare meals for up to 20 residents.
Shifts can be 10 hours each to cover all 3 meals during the day or split between kitchen staff. Weekend and Holiday rotation coverage are required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain inventory of all food items to align with planned menus.
- Safely prepare and serve meals to residents within scheduled mealtimes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as clean up after each meal.
- Demonstrate good communication with co-workers, Care Manager, and able to work well with other caregivers and interact positively with residents.
Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification:
- Serv Safe Certification preferred
- 1-2 years’ experience preferred.
