Join our team at the Blue Gate Restaurant to work on the kitchen line. In this fast-paced job, you will ensure that all plates are portioned properly, look professional, and leave the kitchen efficiently. Other responsibilities include stocking and organizing the line, cleaning and sanitizing the workstation, making sandwiches, operating fryers, and assisting with various kitchen tasks as assigned. You could be a good fit for this position if you are detail-oriented and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.

You can work full-time or part-time on the kitchen line, up to five weekly shifts, including evenings and Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays. Hourly wages for adults start at $16.00 per hour. Experience is not required but preferred! We provide paid training, and our kitchen staff is cross-trained so that each person can build new skills and reach their full potential.

Kitchen Line Requirements:

• Practice safe food handling
• Ability to work in high heat conditions and to stand on your feet for long periods
• Must be teachable with a desire to learn and work
• Perform in an efficient and accurate manner
• Must keep the workstation clean and organized
• Must be at least 17 years old
• Working on evenings and Saturdays
