Soccer Shots Instructor - $20/hour
Soccer Shots is a program that introduces soccer to children ages 2-9. We work on-site at park districts, schools, preschools, and daycare centers all over Chicago's southwest suburbs. We offer rewarding work, flexible hours, and GREAT PAY. Soccer Shots is looking for candidates willing to work at our partner sites across Southwest Chicagoland (Orland Park, New Lenox, Lockport, Frankfort, Tinley Park, Palos Park).

Coaches are paid $20 per hour with room for advancement after a successful first season. Our training rate is $15 per hour. The length of training depends on a coach's comfort level and ability to learn the curriculum. We have a variety of times for our classes so we can work around school, college, second job, and family schedules.

Soccer Shots provides all of the equipment and curriculum needed to run a successful class. We have a team of coaches and a leadership team that will train and provide support throughout the season. The ideal applicant must meet the following criteria:
1. Have a love of working with young children and making a difference in their lives; we are not just about soccer but also character building.
2. Have reliable transportation.
3. Be enthusiastic and high-energy. 4. Enjoy playing or coaching sports; soccer experience is not required but is helpful if interested in coaching our older children.
5. Have good physical stamina as you could be running, kneeling, and squatting on a field for up to 3 hours. Coaches must be able to carry an equipment bag that contains 14 balls, nets, and more.
6. Must be at least 16 years old and highly reliable.
7. Respectful to parents, directors, and children.
8. Pass a background check.
