Here’s what we do in a nutshell:

• Provide 24/7/365 water mitigation services; if someone’s home or business floods (clean or dirty water) we’ll suck up the water, setup equipment to dry the structure & demolish anything that is too damaged or unsanitary to remain
• Provide mold remediation services; if there is mold, mildew, etc. growth due to long-term humidity in someone’s home or business, we’ll demolish anything that can safely be removed & treat anything that can’t be removed

Here’s what we are looking for in a Junior Technician:

• Someone with a great attitude, who wants to learn and most importantly brings a courteous & professional demeanor
• Someone who knows how to use basic tools (no remediation experience needed, we’ll teach you that)
• Someone who has basic math skills and attention to detail

What you’ll be expected to do day-to-day as a Junior Technician:

• Primary helper to the lead technician on the crew
• Arrange & clean the van
• Help load & unload equipment to & from the van at the customer site
• Setup & clean equipment at the customer site
• Haul debris
• Perform general demolition under the supervision of the lead technician
• Have a valid driver's license with a good driving record (company van provided) and have ability to park the van at home
• Be fluent in English (fluency in additional languages is a plus)
• What we do is physical, so you must be able to work with your hands, lift at least 75 lbs. and be able to work on your feet for prolonged periods of time
• Be professional at all times; show up on time, be courteous, respectful & take care of business

We expect this position to be promoted to a Technician position within 3-6 months after meeting at least the following criteria:

• Satisfy all Junior Technician expectations
• Learn the basics of IICRC balanced drying techniques to be able to perform stabilization service

Pay: $14 - $16 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
