Job Overview:

TopCashback USA is looking for a Partnerships Associate to join the award-winning Partnerships team in our Rochelle Park, NJ Office. The Partnerships team is responsible for developing value-driven relationships with online retailers as well as affiliate network and agency partners. The Partnerships team works with some of the biggest brands in the US including Amazon, eBay, Marriott, Macy’s, and Disney and rely on the Partnerships Associates to maintain client relationships while helping to bring American shoppers the best money-saving deals on the web.

The successful applicant should have a keen interest in the US ecommerce and retail markets. They should be motivated with a go-getter attitude, eager to join a busy team. A key part of this role will be making sure that the offers presented to members are market-leading, relevant and enticing enough to influence a member to make a purchase. We are looking for people who are self-motivated, able to quickly solve problems and can provide the highest level of service to clients and industry partners. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with some of the most recognizable brands in ecommerce while helping to maintain TopCashback’s position as America’s most generous cashback site. Full training will be provided to help develop your skills within the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new and maintain existing relationships with clients and partners via timely and accurate comms (daily phone, email and video interactions)
  • Negotiate preferable terms for TopCashback & their members (e.g. increased cash back rates)
  • Understand client objectives and develop strategic optimization plans for onsite advertisements
  • Manage and negotiate client budgets to spend on TopCashback advertising placements to help drive value/sales
  • Analyze promotional performance via proprietary data insights software. Report and present on results both internally and externally
  • Create and manage a healthy opportunity pipeline based on your portfolio and accurately forecast monthly tenancy targets
  • Represent TopCashback at select regional industry conferences and events (e.g New York, California)

Requirements

  • Relationship Building - Creating and maintaining relationships with clients over video call, via email and in person at networking events
  • Clear Communicator - You will be providing information to Clients as well as colleagues both written and verbally
  • Time Management Skills - After training you will be required to manage your own workloads, so ability to prioritize and work to deadlines is key
  • Continuous Learner - Keeping up to date with market trends
  • Problem Solver - Have an analytical approach to problem solving
  • Microsoft Office– Full training will be provided, though basic knowledge is beneficial
  • Experience - Partnership Development, Sales, Customer Service related field desired. Affiliate Marketing experience is a bonus!

This is a full-time salaried position.

TopCashback USA has now moved to a hybrid weekly work schedule: Staff are required to work in the office a minimum of 3 days per week and can work from home up to 2 days per week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
