We are seeking a Java Developer to become an integral part of our team!

Duties and responsibilities:

• Involve in every stage of the full Software Development Life Cycle including requirement gathering, system analysis, data modeling, coding, implementation, and testing
• Create user information solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining Java based components and interfaces
• Define website objectives by analyzing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality
• Complete applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities
• Troubleshoot development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms
• Design and Develop user interfaces to internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout the development life cycle
• Integrate applications by designing database architecture and server-side scripting
• Analyze data and identify gaps in the proposed solution, make recommendations for resolving gaps, and monitor results
• Responsible for overall coordination of user acceptance testing and training
• Daily Status reports, Report metrics, dashboards, and other operational measures to management on a regular basis
• SQL experience required.
• Software programming using Java, engaging with PostGRES SQL Databases; in a microservices architecture
• Ability to think big picture and solution for customers, to proactively anticipate problems, be customer-centric in our development and design, and be open-minded to different solutions for achieving a development milestone

Experience Required:

• This position requires a minimum of bachelor’s degree, computer science, information technology or its equivalent work experience in development of enterprise level java applications
• Experienced (at least 5+ years) with Java which must include leading project(s)
• Experienced with writing complex SQL queries and analysis of data correlations
• Experienced with PostgreSQL
• Experienced with leading project(s)
• Ability to work independently and integrate with other team members
• Project management skills, to scope out timeline, methodology, and deliverables for development, testing, and integration into the platform
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $47.00 per hour
