Janitor Job Description:

We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Janitor at Top Golf. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as needed.

Employees will be required to sweep, mop and vacuum floors and stairs as applicable. They will clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, sinks, and vanities. Disinfect cleaning required once a week, remove and replace paper products from dispensers and fill soap dispensers. Empty waste, recyclable, and bio-hazard containers and replace liners as necessary. Clean interior and exterior windows/doors and vacuum furniture. Janitor Responsibilities

LOBBY AND CORRIDORS:

• Vacuum all carpeted areas.

• Sweep and mop entry floors.

• Secure all doors and turn off appropriate lights upon completion of service.

GENERAL OFFICE AREA/CLASSROOMS:

• Waste baskets emptied and replaced with new liners, if soiled

• Dust furniture, tables, (only cleared off areas).

• Floors swept and mopped Machines.

• Carpeted floors vacuumed. If stains are bigger than a dollar coin and/or in need of machine treatment, account manager will report to management and present a bid to treat stains.

• Sweep and mop all hard floors, moving chairs and trashcans only.

• Spot clean to remove smudges, finger marks from doors, partition glass, light switch plates, etc.

• Glass doors: clean finger marks from both sides.

• Before leaving any suite, shut-off lights, electrical appliances, and lock all entrance doors.

• Report all burnt out lights.

• Client will provide specs to clean furniture if special cleaning is needed as well as all supplies.

Janitor qualifications and skills:

· 2+ years janitorial experience

· High school diploma/GED required

· Capacity to take direction

· Candidates 25yrs. or older

· Strong attention to detail

· Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary

· Background Check is required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $700.00 - $800.00 per month

Schedule:

• Overnight shift
