CC Young, a Continuing Care Retirement Community and a not-for-profit leader in Senior Housing and Health Care, has immediate openings for an three (3) IT Technicians to be responsible for installing and configuring PCs and other equipment, maintaining computer systems and other technologies, and providing quality customer service in the resolution of issues submitted through the help desk ticket system.

This position will work Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with one (1) weekend per month, occasional overtime, and holidays.

The job duties for these positions include, but are not limited to:

  • Responds to and resolves help tickets for staff and residents in an accurate and timely manner. Resident tickets include, being on-site setting up phone/PC/printer, connecting devices to Wi-Fi, troubleshooting device issues.
  • Installs, configures, updates and repairs printers, computers, telephones, tablets, software, and other systems as requested.
  • Creates, deletes, and modifies users in active directory, MatrixCare and O365, as required.
  • Basic understanding or ability to setup routers / switches and wireless access points.
  • Monitors and follows-up on all outstanding issues, escalating issues as needed to ensure their accurate, efficient, and timely resolution.
  • Assists in the conversion to new hardware and software as requested.
  • Maintains current knowledge of new technology and makes recommendations to enhance efficiency and overall user satisfaction.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Our new team members will possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years recent experience providing Help Desk support in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • 2+ years recent experience with Microsoft Windows 10/ Mac OS X/ iOS/ Android.
  • 2 + years’ experience with Active Directory, Networking, Hardware, and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills for interaction with all levels of Company, resident, visitor, and vendor personnel.
  • Proven ability to provide guidance, training, and support to a wide variety of individuals with minimal technological skills.
  • Proven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with VoIP, Cisco Call Manager, and Meraki is not required, but is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work well within a team-oriented setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects simultaneously.

Pay Range $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
