What you’ll be doing:
- Manage a Salesforce, Business Analyst, and Project Management team, setting priorities and ensuring delivery
- Partner with Software Engineering, IT Operations, and Business Intelligence teams to design, build, deliver and support solutions in addition to stakeholders throughout the company
- Combines findings from data analysis, software architecture standards, and relevant business process to prescribe and implement technology solutions
- Primary steward of company “project level” work intake process and classification and documentation
- Presents project/product updates and findings to senior management
- Manage the application development lifecycle for software projects of various sizes and complexity in a matrix environment using agile development techniques.
- Manage multiple projects involving various people, teams, and vendors to meet group objectives on time and to the highest standard, and to serve as an example and spread good practices throughout the organization.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years experience in an IT solutions, architecture, or business analyst type role
- Strong management and organizational experience with technical teams and third-party vendors
- Experience with core business applications – CRM, LOS, Finance, Accounting etc.
- Working knowledge of API and web services using RESTful principles
- Proven experience working with software development teams directly using DevOps principles
- Working knowledge of solution design with major cloud service providers like Azure, GCP, AWS
- Experience managing the implementation, testing, and support for SaaS and proprietary solutions
- Experience using scripting languages: Bash, Python, PowerShell preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
