IT Recruiter (2 hour lunch, partial remote) Job at Bowman Williams
We are looking for a IT Recruiter to join our fun and collaborative team! We are a niche staffing firm that allows innovation and creativity. You can become specialized and very good at what you do and do it the way that best fits your personality.
Bowman Williams specializes in working with IT Cloud Computing companies. We recruit the talent for our clients. We work with help desk engineers, service desk managers, field tech engineers, system administrators, network administrators, virtualization and cloud architects, and sales people – but all within the same niche.
IT Recruiter (2 hour lunch, partial remote) Day to Day:
- Source talent: we have a steady flow of candidates applying to our job postings but also have access to MANY sourcing tools (I.E Zip Recruiter, Indeed Job Boards, Linked In, etc.)
- Recruiters work hand in hand with the Account Managers to make the best employment match based on company & candidate profile
- Recruiters conduct initial phone call screens of candidates and video interviews. NO in person interviews as D.C is only one of the 5 markets we staff
- Recruiters present candidate profiles to the the Account Managers to pass the baton and focus on recruiting more talent
- Recruiters do not have to complete client management or sales/ cold calling as we are divided into 3 teams (Sales, Recruitment, and Account Management)
IT Recruiter (2 hour lunch, partial remote) Requirements:
- 1-5 years of sourcing or recruiting experience
- Must be fully vaccinated (Covid-19)
- Motivation, ambition, and empathy
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Strong communication skills
IT Recruiter (2 hour lunch, partial remote) Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary + Commission (First year to third year compensation ranges between $75K – $135K+) Base salary typically around $60-65k
- Bowman Williams pays 100% of health benefits + dental + vision
- Unlimited Paid-Time Off (PTO).
- We take a 2-hour lunch break EVERY DAY between 11:30AM – 1:30PM (Business hours are 8AM – 5PM.)
- We have a ping-pog table, Spikeball net, putting green, stocked fridge
- We have frequent company outings (baseball games, laser tag, bowling, tubing, go-carting, happy hour)
- We provide ongoing training opportunities including training on technology terms & functions.
