Helpdesk Support Technician
We are a 24/7 remote POS support helpdesk for convenience stores. We support everything in a convenience store from the POS cash registers to the fuel controller that controls the pumps. We support not only the equipment, but the software to run the equipment as well. Right now we have about 1,500 locations all over the US and Guam and growing.
- Our techs report to our office each day
- Each tech has their own desk and work machine we use to remote into each one of our locations
- Our customers will call us with an issue they are having with their software or hardware and we will remote into their system and troubleshoot the issue to get it resolved
- We have a ticketing system we use to track issues as they come in and the ability to write in notes as we are troubleshooting the issue at hand
- Since we support C-Stores all over the country, we are a 24/7 helpdesk with multiple different schedules throughout the day
We are a fast growing company and are looking to onboard more techs as we grow in the future.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
