Internet Sales Manager:

Job Summary: :
This is a management level role within the Ecommerce department. This person manages all website and
marketplace listings with the e-commerce director and is responsible meeting sales goals on all channels. The internet sales manager position requires understanding of all systems used by the department. Individual will be performing tasks in all systems "in season" and is expected to do what it takes in order to meet sales goals and create an exceptional customer experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage all Shopify and marketplace accounts.
• Manage product listing and site SEO. This includes creating new listings, taking photos, writing content, while following listing structure guidelines.
• Maintain listings and pricing on all channels following all vendor internet sales policies.
• Customer service on all channels including phone, email, and chat. This requires some product
knowledge and excellent communication skills.
• Create email marketing plan and content with support from marketing team.
• Increase site traffic and conversion on Shopify sites.
• Create purchase orders and receive products in inventory management software.
• Support logistics team in busy season which may include packing boxes and shipping orders to customers.
• 6 day work week required “in season”

Education, & Experience: :
• Experiences using various SAAS systems preferred
• Shopify, Amazon, Walmart and/or other ecommerce experience a plus
• College degree required.

Working : Conditions: :
• The work environment for this position is generally in an indoor office environment.
• Noise level is low; expect noises like office machines and light traffic. This position is in a shared office.
• May be requested to work overtime and weekends during the department’s in-season time period.
• May be requested to drive company vehicle to other locations.


Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours. Most of one’s time will be spent sitting at a desk. Expect to lift up to
25lbs occasionally. Some other physical demands come from continuous computer work, package and box
