Core Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries
- Generate sales appointments through proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management
- Log daily sales and lead management activities in the CRM tracking system
- Present initial financing options based on customer needs
- Follow up with sales leads that are not ready to make an appointment or are a no-show
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous automotive internet sales experience is required
- Experience representing a luxury brand is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills are essential
- Ability to overcome objections to meet sales goal and closing percentages
- Proficient with software and technology
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
