EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Current Alaska RN or AK RN application in progress with unencumbered licensure in another state.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years clinical experience.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Applicant must be clinically diverse, culturally sensitive, with good emotional intelligence, and communication skills and willing to put on scrubs as needed.
- Must be proficient in scheduling, and computer skills.
- Must have COVID vaccine with one booster and Flu vaccines.
POSITION SUMMARY
Seeking nurse manager for critical care hospital, 18 bed inpatient unit (Acute Care) serving the Alaskan Natives of western Alaska. The Acute Care unit is an 18 bed low acuity medical unit, no surgical capacity with some psych and labor and delivery. Applicant must be clinically diverse, culturally sensitive, with good emotional intelligence, and communication skills and willing to put on scrubs as needed.
NOTE: Hourly payrate is dependent on experience.
