Heron Ridge Associates is a premier outpatient private practice that offers mental health and chemical dependency programs with five convenient locations in Ann Arbor, Ann Arbor Arlington, Bingham Farms, Brighton, and Plymouth. We are seeking a Full-Time Intake/Front Desk support member to join our outstanding team at our Ann Arbor, MI location.

Since 2001, we have had experienced and trusted professionals providing premier outpatient mental health, eating disorder, addiction, and marital/family services at our locations across Michigan. We offer individual, family, conjoint, parent, and group consultations.

Job Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for intake calls
• Review process and overall programs with new clients on calls
• Connect clients with the appropriate therapist for the first appointment
• Schedule first appointments in EMR system
• Will follow up on internet requests for counseling
• Insurance Verification for new intakes
• Utilize tracking system
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience using computer applications
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Organizational skills
• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent
• One- or two years experience in Healthcare Settings
