Job Description
We are a local Allstate Insurance Agency looking for our newest team member to join our successful, growing West Linn office. Looking for a team player with a positive attitude. With a good attitude, a willing to learn, you can make anywhere from $36,000 to $60,000 per year but this pay is not capped. It really depends on you and your willingness to learn and grow. This is an "in office position". Potential for remote work in the future.
Salary Range: $36000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Ability to answer phones, basic typing and computer skills needed.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Generating insurance quotes.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Property & Casulty Insurance Licensing will be required. We will help get you licensed and prepared for this.
- Insurance experience is not required. We will train the right person. This job can be entry level and grow from there.
