We will work with you to obtain your NYS Brokers license, fully paid for, and assist you in learning the skills and gaining the knowledge to be successful in this industry!

As we continue to grow, your responsibility will be to answer inbound calls and contact prior clients to generate new business! You will be gathering and verifying information pertaining to the client and rating them across multiple different insurance carriers! First Heritage makes this easy! We will teach you how to use our online Rating platform so that you have the ability to offer your client a quote in as little as 10 minutes!

You will be required to attend weekly meetings, weekly trainings, as well as ongoing coaching sessions to be sure you are always learning and growing in an upward direction! During your time here you will learn the ins and out of the insurance industry as well as your unknown capabilities of building yourself a successful future in a recession proof industry!

Responsibilities:

  • Compile loss data and rate reports for analysis and policy pricing.
  • Research, analyze, and develop new insurance products.
  • Interview clients to determine needs and services; design insurance packages; and explain coverages.
  • Discuss financial implications of insurance coverage with clients.
  • Review company policies and procedures for compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Monitor industry trends to keep up to date on coverage options.

Pay: $41,600.00 - $70,000.00 per year
