Summary:

Responsible for managing Compliance, licensing, and certain Operations responsibilities for Huntington Insurance. Responsible for projects
related to risk within the business segment and others identified by corporate risk. Serves as the principal representative to, both internal and
third party examiners, on compliance matters for the Business Unit. Provides technical expertise and judgment to implement and monitor
modifications to processes in accordance with changes in the regulatory environment. Interprets risk impact and coordinates with each
affected department to ensure that appropriate policies and procedures are developed and that management has sufficient information on
which to base decisions. Serves as day-to-day plan administrator of the Huntington Insurance Incentive Plan. Maintains and implements
Business Continuity Plan to ensure recovery time objectives are achieved in the event of plan activation.Oversees the Operations Manager
who directly supervises the segment administration team and is the conduit to Huntington Insurance for communicating, implementing, and
providing direction in support of new or revised policies, procedures, integrations, technology and workflow support, in coordination with the
Leadership team and Managing Directors. Ensures that the Operations Manager successfully coordinates maintenance issues,
housekeeping vendor issues, moves – both those of individual colleagues and entire offices, and anything else related to the 30+ buildings
and workstations in the Huntington Insurance footprint. Also ensures that Operations Manager and team successfully supports the

10 years of relevant work experience

Bachelor's Degree
