We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, licensed, Insurance Customer Support Specialist to join our growing remote team. The ideal hire will have strong multitasking skills, and will successfully manage a high volume of inquiries while providing effective communication. This will be a full-time, 3-month contract with the opportunity for an extension or a permanent position. Work hours are 9am to 6pm ET, Monday through Friday.


What you'll do:

  • Answer a high-volume of incoming calls from customers through call center software
  • Assist customers with requests for information, resolving any issues efficiently and effectively
  • Review and update customer information as needed in our web platform
  • Accurately triage calls to the appropriate party while maintaining outstanding customer service
  • Consistently document customer interactions and communicate with other employees to improve the customer experience

What you'll need:

  • Licensed insurance agent (will accept variety of licenses)
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Professional telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Able to work well within a remote team
  • Tech savvy/computer proficiency
  • High School diploma, some college preferred


Bonus points if:

  • Bilingual
  • Call center experience
  • Claims handling experience

Pay: $20/hour
